Title: Croatch put on at least 35+lbs of muscle in one year as a natural...

No, completely serious and legit.  From A-B with no drugs.  150lbs - 205lbs.  One year.
Probably 35lbs muscle or more, who knows.  I have the before/after shots.
Since, I've lost some fat, gained some muscle.  At 218lbs now.

Is this physiologically possible?

My point exactly, with 35+lbs of muscle in one year, he would be in the absolute top 1% elite in terms of muscle gaining genetics...maybe he is...

We'll say 30lbs to be on the safe side.  I'll post some shots.  I'm sure I'll get "you're 20%bf there."   "You don't look 205lbs in that shot, maybe 185lbs" and so on. :D
BB should be about achieving things on your own, not pumping yourself full of trash to gain another 15lbs, that's a losers mentality.

Croatch, what does a typical day's diet look like for you.
Are you a volume trainer or HIT?
Any cardio?

did you ever see the Youtube.com video he had of him training?

He actually had before and after pics that were quite impressive.  Thirty-five pounds is a TON of muscle in a year, but he also said that he lifted previously for awhile and quit for sometime, living an unhealthy lifestyle of booze and cigerettes with no training will cause you to waste away.  When you pick it back up though your muscle memory, along with the new found ambition will allow you to make some serious strides in bettering your physique.

i also think that Croatch's view of gyms is a little skewed training in a shithole full of phonies like Vegas, there are gyms here in the midwest where your jaw would be on the floor at some of the weights being lifted and the training intensity.

So training with Cormier, Badell, Quincy Taylor is a weak gym then?

You have some people at my gym who train hard, but they're few and far between.  Usually, some middle aged juiced up fools who slam their weights and act like bodybuilders.

Good point.  I stand corrected.
Some pros train hard, others don't.  Great genetic response to drugs, solid diet.
I've never stated ANYONE could be a pro on many drugs...that statement would be foolish. ;)

I believe it since I have done it. Although it was after being super depressed and losing 30 pounds in a month...

Went from 180 down to 149. Then got my act together and in the first month was back up to 171. After about five months I was around 180-188.

Not a soft body weight either. At 188 I had glute striations. No, not posting pics of that.

think of how many extra calories and accrual of glycogen that is, 35lbs of muscle. Its physically impossible naturally, physiologically impossible.

in the first year you can put on a ton of muscle, but alot of glycogen, edema and fat as well if it was 35lbs. Either way, crazy progress.

I already told you he IS NOT natural. He used steroids in the past and has admitted as such.

Let me also clarify that he may not have used steroids to re-gain his lost muscular weight.

He stopped training and eating for a long time, so of course he can easily gain back some of what he lost Naturally and he did just that.

But for the record, he is not lifetime Natural.

Not to mention hes not "100% natural" in that Video that's posted either. Dont get me wrong, I dont want this construed as some kind of flattering statement. He looks like your average gym rat who dabbles in a lil gear or legal designer pro-hormones from time to time. Nothing special here but hes not 100% natural in that video, don't buy the lies folks.

Have nothing against him, his posts can be entertaining. If he looked 100% natty I wouldnt bother trying to tear him down. I just have to keep it real here.  A lot of people these days like to talk about being all natural. At the bare minimum, most have been using legal pro-hormones (for the most part, the current good ones are not precursors but rather designer steroids) which can be pretty effective. He looks pretty good in the video - just not 100% all time natural.

As for the claims of how much weight he gained in the time frame? If you believe he gained 30-35lb in that time natural than you have bigger problems. It is an insult to the intelligence of getbig. Then again, most of you are morons. :(

I went from 100lbs to 160lbs still lean as fuck. Granted, I looked like I came straight from a third world country (was 115lbs then got braces). OUCH!! ;D

35lbs of muscle for a BODYBUILDER who's training naturally... that's suspicious. Either it was all newb gains like when I first started, or complete bullshit from Croatch. The guy's a delusional midget.
