think of how many extra calories and accrual of glycogen that is, 35lbs of muscle. Its physically impossible naturally, physiologically impossible.

in the first year you can put on a ton of muscle, but alot of glycogen, edema and fat as well if it was 35lbs. Either way, crazy progress.

Is this physiologically possible?
I already told you he IS NOT natural. He used steroids in the past and has admitted as such.

WHY oh Why are you so dense and have a listening problem?

Let me also clarify that he may not have used steroids to re-gain his lost muscular weight.

He stopped training and eating for a long time, so of course he can easily gain back some of what he lost Naturally and he did just that.

But for the record, he is not lifetime Natural.

Not to mention hes not "100% natural" in that Video that's posted either. Dont get me wrong, I dont want this construed as some kind of flattering statement. He looks like your average gym rat who dabbles in a lil gear or legal designer pro-hormones from time to time. Nothing special here but hes not 100% natural in that video, don't buy the lies folks.

Have nothing against him, his posts can be entertaining. If he looked 100% natty I wouldnt bother trying to tear him down. I just have to keep it real here.  A lot of people these days like to talk about being all natural. At the bare minimum, most have been using legal pro-hormones (for the most part, the current good ones are not precursors but rather designer steroids) which can be pretty effective. He looks pretty good in the video - just not 100% all time natural.

As for the claims of how much weight he gained in the time frame? If you believe he gained 30-35lb in that time natural than you have bigger problems. It is an insult to the intelligence of getbig. Then again, most of you are morons. :(

I went from 100lbs to 160lbs still lean as fuck. Granted, I looked like I came straight from a third world country (was 115lbs then got braces). OUCH!! ;D

35lbs of muscle for a BODYBUILDER who's training naturally... that's suspicious. Either it was all newb gains like when I first started, or complete bullshit from Croatch. The guy's a delusional midget.
