So training with Cormier, Badell, Quincy Taylor is a weak gym then?
You have some people at my gym who train hard, but they're few and far between. Usually, some middle aged juiced up fools who slam their weights and act like bodybuilders.
nah man i jsut mean the MAJORITY of people, i've seen shit in gyms here in town by guys juiced and non juiced that would blow your mind, 455 pound barbell inclines for reps, 1,000 pound squats, 800 pound deadlifts, 190 pound db inclines, 600 pound front squats, etc, like i said juiced and non juiced.
