Let me say this, if a terrorist is plotting to blow up LA, then yes, I believe in getting information out of him anyway possible. In this case though, the suspect had completely given up and had gone down on his stomach, with his hands down at his sides. This cop had to cuff him.....period......the cop lost control and gave the suspect a boot......the cop was in the wrong.......these idiots don't realise that they are being watched all the time because of the Rodney King episode...... but some of these moronic cops lose their heads.

when i was stationed in Iceland, I was on the auxilary security force....we were exposed to teargas in bootcamp, but not like when I was there for some training. In boot, it was a smaller pill type that they dropped, in Iceland it was an entire cannister inside a small tent with about 50 of us jammed in there. We had to break the seal on our mask, answer some questions (like boot camp) and then reseal the mask. The gas was so thick in Iceland you could barely see 2 feet...we coughed, gagged and some puked for a long time afterwards. I just threw that uniform away....nasty shit. good times.

I can't speak for Compton...But when there are liquor stores at every other corner and the cops still go in there with guns blazing and with the same protection then with the fly over state towns...Then we have a fucking problem...Cops are not serving the public in places like compton...In many cases they are causing the problems and locking up the poor for non violent crimes...And when doing so many of the cops are actually committing violent crimes themselves...

I can't speak for Compton...But when there are liquor stores at every other corner and the cops still go in there with guns blazing and with the same protection then with the fly over state towns...Then we have a fucking problem...Cops are not serving the public in places like compton...In many cases they are causing the problems and locking up the poor for non violent crimes...And when doing so many of the cops are actually committing violent crimes themselves...

But in a massive big brother state...Like the world is now...And I believe and more ways then most people realize...Like anyone who looks hard enough must know that that Myspace-Facebook-Twitter-All email-google etc has ties in either the CIA or beyond...There is nothing an American human being can do that can't be gathered as info...Actually what I mean is that there is very little that can't be trackable anymore...What these people who are pulling the strings are doing is that they are not watching the ones who have facebook,myspace,email, cell phones etc. What they are doing is watching the ones that don't...These are the problem areas for the SYSTEM...Those tea bag parties where run by the CIA...
So my point is when all this shit is probably going on, how in the world do you have a gun flying cop who can't control his shit? These officers are told that they are being watched 24/7...And to be careful...Yet you still see this bullshit going on...Its half retarded really...The code these uneducated cops try to keep has to be put to a stop for the sake of mankind(haha)at the very least at the sake of every non-retarded human that just sits here and shakes there head at these cops in the 100% fully active big brother society...
