We are not feeling sorry for the criminal

We are saying that this cop let his emotions get out of hand,

and broke the law enforcements code of practice,

therefore he should face disciplinary action

You can't allow guys on the force who can't control themselves.

I can see it both ways; Cops are supposed to be model citizens, and the cop clearly had a wrongful ending. The criminal on the other hand derseved it. I wouldn't want my car stolen either. Both are wrong

I remember when my drunk ass was at the club once and I pushed away a security guard. 2 sec later beofre I had time to blink 2 guards threw my ass to the ground lol.

I'd pass the 10 minute law....if a scumbag runs from the cops, thereby endangering the public, the cops can do whatever to him for 10 minutes after he is caught.  Don't want to have the 10 minute law used on you?  Simple, don't run from the po-po.  I'm not joking....I don't care if they punted this girl around the yard....he could have killed/injured an innocent person while running from the cops.  You pussies that whine about his treatment are a joke...

Swede, that if very reasonable.  What bothers me is when these twats do 100mph smashing into cars and endangering people, yet when the cops catch them, they have to be humane to them... ::)  f' that. Beat them like circus monkeys!

Let me say this, if a terrorist is plotting to blow up LA, then yes, I believe in getting information out of him anyway possible. In this case though, the suspect had completely given up and had gone down on his stomach, with his hands down at his sides. This cop had to cuff him.....period......the cop lost control and gave the suspect a boot......the cop was in the wrong.......these idiots don't realise that they are being watched all the time because of the Rodney King episode...... but some of these moronic cops lose their heads.
