Yes, Munzer like conditioning and Kevin was much much much bigger and better.
Munzer could never touch Kevin, Munzer also killed himself with all the drugs he took to achieve that conditioning, still didn't win anything. Which is sad.
I prefer Levrone to Munzer, but I doubt he ever achieved the same level of rippedness

no, i mean scrawnier. yeah i'm leaner but i hit right about the rock bottom in terms of strength. far down as i'm willing to go anyway.
i've said for a while if i can bench 405 i don't give a shit if i can't see my abs. so i'm hoping to stick lean-ish around 205 and get back to a 365 press, then put on some weight and break the 4 plate barrier.

you admit to your hollow vanity, prioritizing looking pretty over athletic ability. i find that almost amusing, you diet and starve yourself in the pursuit of another vein or an extra little cut on this or that muscle, but it's all smoke and mirrors. you're trying to put together a body that looks athletic but is really nothing at all.
worse still, for the 95% of your day when you wear clothing, no one even knows you work out because you're so terrified of gaining a little fat that you won't let yourself gain muscle. so at the end of the day you don't look like much more than a high school soccer player, yet put on your little posing trunks and oil and call yourself a "bodybuilder" on the internet.
so, enjoy yourself. i know i am. :)

I bet I'm not, I'm so depleted that some pictures I took at the time were insane. I've been adding one cup of oatmeal a day to my meals to fill back up the glycogen levels. I look a lot fuller now with some wicked veins on my arms and legs that I've never had before.
This last week I'm not going to do anything fancy. Just a little Dandelion Root extract and some strong coffee to get rid of the water retention and not mess with the general food intake. If I can do that, then I'll have a strong showing.

this may be hard to understand, so let me take you and AXA through it slowly:
i don't lift for the vanity of it. if i had the ability to just lift in my basement i would. i exercise for the love of exercising. i enjoy getting better at the activity. for me, it's actually fun to head to the gym and push weights around. i look forward to it. to me, lifting isn't a means to an end, it's the goal itself. there's no "purpose" to having a big bench, but i love doing it.
your problem is that you look at everything through the scope of "will this make me look good?" the problem here is that to the vast majority of the world, "good" isn't 4% bodyfat and diced hamstrings. want a comical reality check? i'm a LOST fanatic, right? to a whole shitload of female viewers, this guy is as sexy as it gets:

yeah. throw that guy on here and the "obese" and "skinny fat" comments would flow, but frankly hardly anyone gives two shits if you're at 8% bodyfat or 11%.
so while you're obsessing over appearances in pursuit of a nonexistent perfect body, i'm just doing something that i find enjoyable and trying to get better at it.

Yes, I hired a prep coach to assist me with the nutritional work-up. I've been doing 2 hours of cardio 4 days a week with has helped out a lot along with 5 days of weight training.
Those pictures were taken on the 19th. I've tightened up even more since then and am a lot fuller now but with no loss in the definition I gained.
I'm not going to be ultra-ripped or anything like that as that's not possible yet but the next show I'll have more info to take it to the next level. I'm sitting out for about 23 years years to open my PT studio so I'll have plenty of time

you're starving yourself and avoiding gaining a percentage of bodyfat because you want to be "attractive", when all the guys women fawn over look like they hardly exercise. so all of your hard dieting to impress people is for nothing, because at the end of the day no one cares about your abs when you look like a concentration camp victim. happy trails. :)

I saw that shirt at the window of Abercrombie and Fitch (A store I NEVER shope at) and I REALLY couldn't resist!!! I fell in love, so I walk in and I ask for it and the guy says that they are all out, and I said I'd take the one on the display, they still said no, argued for like 20 mins, finally my wife (gf at the time) just ordered it for me online! I couldn't resist man!

Yes..but you made your point 3000 posts ago. Why not display some good cerebral genetics and come up with a new catch-phrase? Ahh you know what.....forget about it. Do what you want. Post "You=Good genetics" 5000 more times. I think I can teach my pet lizard below to make better posts than you.

That "thing" is probaly the most intelligent of all the reptile species and is quite a fascinating animal. Would you prefer I had the usual dog or cat pet like everyone else?

Varanid lizards are very intelligent, and some species can even count.[6] Careful studies feeding V. albigularis at the San Diego Zoo varying numbers of snails showed that they can distinguish numbers up to six.[6][7] V. niloticus have been observed to cooperate when foraging.[8] One varanid lures the female crocodile away from her nest while the other opens the nest to feed on the eggs.[8] The decoy then returns to also feed on the eggs.[8][7] Komodo dragons, V. komodoensis, at the Smithsonian National Zoological Park in Washington, D.C., recognize their keepers and seem to have distinct personalities.[7]

They are still no where near as intelligent as dogs. :)

Actually, I've found the best use for it is when a girl comes over and overstays her welcome...and I walk in holding the thing. You'd be surprised how fast a girl will leave when a guy walks in holding a six foot lizard. ;)
