Yesterday me and my training parted decided to chose and exercise for our weakest bodypart (pecs): DIPS.
We started doing sets at 3 pm and ended at 8 pm, we didn't even know how many sets we did.
Rest periods of 5'.
Today I feel like a truck went over me; pecs are like two basket-balls and it's difficult even to type on my pc

I haven't tried it, but I heard you can put on an inch in one day by doing that.

this is called overtraining.. take care you may injure yourself!!..

Don't do it unless you're really really ready to struggle with the most intense pain and fatigue ever!
During rest periods I ate milkshakes with milk+banana+tuna (terrible).
