Title: Fast, what do u think

I know many bb don't want to even think about fast, so u lose muscle... but anyway I think it offers other great things, about mental focus and, of course, leaner body... Did u ever try? I did 4 days some time ago, now I try again.

Actually, ...I prefer it slow & leisurely myself.  :P

Well, one very good thing I get after fast (one or two days) is that I can take the diet with much more discipline, is like breaking and cleaning bad habits. What do u think about fast as a new re-starting point?

I've fasted for religous purpose.  For Ramadan, 30 days of no food and no water from sunrise to sunset. 

Usually i've lost size and strength, but there is one year when I was so meticulous, and would wake up like 4 times at night and load up on protein, steak, casein protein, etc.  That year I actually got stronger during the month of Ramadan.


I don't practice it anymore, as I no longer believe in it.
