despite all the gym theatrics I think rodney seems like a class act,, strong fella to be putting up 600 even at such a young age

This type of training is lots of fun but it's just so damn dangerous. It's so easy to tear something when you go so ballistic and each rep has a different groove. Twist a heavy dumbell in the wrong direction and something can easily tear.

I don't think he benched 600 at 21 and 198lbs though. What's he weigh now?

are you implying that your stupid enough to think branch throws barbells around gyms when in fact its his workout partners that do this. Branch just drops dumbbells after he uses them much like Ronnie does.

Strong dudes man!
They are strong, that's obvious but the sticking your tounge out sitting at the end of the bench while banging your head and flexing your traps as if you are 'wild and crazy' totally getting into 'the zone' makes me call Rodney a DORK!

Epic camoflauge pants, geek. Nice theatrics.

In fairness to rodney "I wear knit caps 24/7" roller, this kind of gym and training does look like a BLAST.

However, it's NOT bodybuilding, which why the most symmetrical thing on rodney roller is his knit cap.

Getting jacked the fuck up on stimulants and God knows how much andogrens and other shit sounds like a fun hobby and effective way to court heart disease, just don't expect to do well on a bb stage.

Doesnt impress me at all.
With their sloppy form, they are way weaker than powerlifter.
Their muscle is way smaller than Paco.
Paco does bench press super strict and do 10reps with 4plates each. Let alone Kevin Levrone.
They are ridiculously exaggerate in reaction. And they are an average top ama pro. :-\

no need to hate them

they are doing it the way which comes naturally to them to create an autotelic experience

I have nothing against these methods  as long as they wipe the bench when done
