Title: Musclecenter in & out hospital
Post by: musclecenter on June 07, 2009, 12:47:29 AM: Due to help a cat was trapped in my backyard.
I fall down and my kee & quadriceps tendinitis broken.
Now rush in hospital for sugery.
Hopefully I can get well soon.
(My son post this thread for me)

even after surgery in hospital,i still ask some one to buy a big McDonalds burger(but no salt,no sauce or dressing,no oil)for me ;D

Good for you, lol! If you don't mind my suggesting - take about 3 - 5 gm of Glucosamine Chondritin powder everyday, spread over 2 servings a day. You can mix it with juice and you can get a fairly large tub of the stuff for a very low price both online and offline. That and some Omega 3 should help the recovery quite a bit.

WHAT?! After two months you have to go back under the knife??? How come? How discouraging. So it will be, what? four or five months before you can even start rehab.

all my right-leg's quadriceps tendinitis was totally ruptured from the knee cap .
and doc put many steel-wires inside :o

my doc say: your quadriceps is too strong ,but tendinitis is getting older(i am 56).so muscle pull all tendinitis from bone :o
the doc say this is only 2nd case in his 25 years surgery work.

I just used a pellet gun as a kid. Right smack in the head did it every time. Now they put you in jail for that.
