Hi,Great thanks to all you getbiggers.
I just came back home from hospital 2 hours ago and right leg still in cast.
2 months later the leg need to do 2nd surgery.
I am not sure when to back to gym working-out.
But I will try as soon as I can!

no,i don't think so
even after surgery in hospital,i still ask some one to buy a big McDonalds burger(but no salt,no sauce or dressing,no oil)for me

Good for you, lol! If you don't mind my suggesting - take about 3 - 5 gm of Glucosamine Chondritin powder everyday, spread over 2 servings a day. You can mix it with juice and you can get a fairly large tub of the stuff for a very low price both online and offline. That and some Omega 3 should help the recovery quite a bit.
