i need a bodybuilding diet...
im 265 with around 20% bf... I want to get dow to 10%
i have trouble with the conventional 8 meals a day...
can someone please help...
the ones online are hard to follow since i go to school and work full time :(
i know ill get flammed :(

Just drop yours cals to about 1500/day or less and cycle them up every few days to keep the metabolism guessing. Stay away from all refined foods. Eat tons of veggies, fish, some chicken, and keep carbs to a minimum. Ride a bike for an hour or so a day, or do some other intense exercise for an hour a day. If you do it right, you can drop about 1/3 pound per day, maybe a little more depending on your metabolism. I've been dieting for a while now and this has worked for me pretty well. Forget the fad diets...just old fashioned will power.

i need structure to be honest with you without it ill cut to much followed by binge eating..

yes that sounds abit much imo.
start off at 2000 and see if you drop weight on that. trial and error.

Protein contains 4 calories per gram
Carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram
Fat contains 9 calories per gram
i suggest:
300 g protein = 1200 cals
100 g carbs = 400 cals
50 g fats = 450 cals
= 2050 cals

you could always go zero or lower carbs on non- training days if you want to speed up the process.

That's why I said cycle your cals every few days. Go back up to your normal level maybe once every four days. And take in plenty of protein to minimize muscle mass loss. If you want to lose .5-1 lb per week, cut daily cals by about 500. If you want to drop more sooner, adjust cal levels accordingly.

how about this: every meal, every snack, needs to be 3:2:1. 3 grams of carbs, 2 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat.
but I'd aim for about 2000 cals a day, which works out to about 210 g carbs, 140 grams protein, and 70 grams of fat a day. and you have to include drinks in those calculations.

how do u keep your protein sufficiently high only eating 1500 cals a day? ??? And a big guy like you on 1500 is bordering on starvation.. :o

ive done this on past experiences and i lost muscle especially in the legs :(

Mind you, I'm not quite that size anymore. I've lost quite a bit of fat and now don't have to suck in my gut like I used to :P I used that 1500 cals/day diet to jumpstart my diet at first and to get the momentum going. If I had stayed on it longterm, I'd shrivel up to nothing. But now I eat about twice that number of cals per day and am still dieting, just at a much slower rate.

my vice is having to deal with morons in daily life.
