I am well versed in the raw food circles. Every raw vegan athlete has the same story and every last one of them looks the same-emactiated and weak. I'm putting the finishing touches on an ebook right now that talks a lot about this, but essentially they go around comparing themselves to chimps, specifically the Bonobos, not realizing that doing what they are doing, they aren't as muscular as the chimps, they aren't as strong as the chimps, and they often have way more health problems than the chimps. They're ignoring some glaring issues and it's pretty obvious to everyone but them.

Through my own experience I think that for strength protein is not as necessary, but for building muscle it is more necessary but still overrated to an extent

Milos has only said that in the premise of getting enough Amino acids into your blood stream.
If they can be taken by another method, then that would, of course, be sufficient.
