I am well versed in the raw food circles. Every raw vegan athlete has the same story and every last one of them looks the same-emactiated and weak. I'm putting the finishing touches on an ebook right now that talks a lot about this, but essentially they go around comparing themselves to chimps, specifically the Bonobos, not realizing that doing what they are doing, they aren't as muscular as the chimps, they aren't as strong as the chimps, and they often have way more health problems than the chimps. They're ignoring some glaring issues and it's pretty obvious to everyone but them.
