While you don't need anywhere near as much protein as people like Dante et al try to say you do, you do need protein.

so I would just point out the most important fact:
 Humans don't need PROTEIN but constituents of any particular protein...- AMINO ACIDS!


hm, Milos but you are still one of the most pushy advocates for excessive Protein intake, right? (400 gr+ per day) ???

Milos has only said that in the premise of getting enough Amino acids into your blood stream.

If they can be taken by another method, then that would, of course, be sufficient.

Vince Gironda advocated the use of specific aminos over general protein intake back in the ‘60’s.
