Post by: Ursus on July 29, 2009, 12:36:02 PM
My mum was making me steak and bread and butter and then asked if i want some fried eggs with it. I said "ok"

She said "thats what the americans eat"

Is she being truthful or should I sgo smack her for lying to me?

In America, certain people eat certain things, thats a texas non bodybuilder meal.  Tell her to make you 6 eggwhites, and a chicken breast, and then smack her with dry wheat bread.

I sure wish my mom still made me steak, eggs, and toast every morning.

even back in the day, we'd just eat our WIC cereal (KIX) right from the box.

Thats an unreal metabolism you have there! Kind of dismisses the whole "You must have protein at every meal" theory.

i dont like to eat steak in the morning, too heavy and takes longer to digest.  I like scrambled eggs though with some salsa in it and oatmeal or yogurt with a scoop of whey in it.
