- there are enough martial arts dojos & boxing studios to accomadate these skinny tits who simply take up space. Translation = I can't dumbbell press more than 60lbs but i'll show everyone what a tough guy I am by throwing hooks and uppercuts in the mirror.
People who leave dumbbells all over the floor
-If you can even take them off the rack then you can put them back on. Take one pair, do your fucking set and place them back on the rack so the rest of the world can use them. This includes women who leave their little 2.5lbdr's on the floor.
People who do all their flat, incline & decline presses on the smith machines
- Pick one fucking excersize and move on. I don't have all fucking day to watch you workout. Let the rest of the world use the equipment too.
Loud grunters
- unless you have 4 plates aside on that bar, shut your fucking mouth. No one is interested in listening to you make an elephant mating call while flat benching a plate and a quarter aside. End of story.
People who skip (jump rope)
- Is this necessary in a weight lifting gym??? You wanna skip? Go to the fucking YMCA.
People who slam their weights
- translation = hey everyone, look at me...I just did a set of flat dumbbell presses with 70lbs. Bring them own properly. I don't need to use bells in the shape of a letter C because you slam the fuck out of them. Learn how to workout.
People who invent their own excersizes
- with all that vast up to date equipment and array of dumbbells, these idiots will invent their own excersizes and then they can't seem to figure out why they don't get any progress. If you want to do push-ups and chin-ups, go the fuck home and do them in your basement.
People who hog the equipment
- you don't own it so share it. If Paul Dillet & Hendrson Thorne let me work in, then who the fuck are you at 150lb soaked and wet? Last time I checked, I pay to use the equipment too.
Socializers / cell phone users
- your there to train. One hour of hard work will not kill you. Put your fucking phone away and train or get the fuck out of the way. Just because you don't take your training seriously, that doesn't mean that I don't.

We must workout in the same gym. I see the same people you describe all the time. One fucktard wears his bluetooth headset and has 30 minute conversation while sitting on one of three benches and manages to do bench while still talking on the phone.

How about all the twig high school kids that loiter around and bench 1, maybe 2 sets in an hour, yet screw around on the equipment the rest of the time they are there playing grab-ass....
Secondly, I would have to say the unsupervised kids. One gym I was a member at a few years ago would allow kids in if they were with an adult. Well, as you might figure the fat heffalopes who brought them immediatly ditched them once they made it past the front counter and headed for the fat-chick yoga room. So end result, the pool, sauna and courts would always be filled with rat-bastards all the time. Then you would get the brats running around the weight room fighting and screaming. Management wouldn't do anything since their mommas paid top fees to basically socialize the whole time they were there and show off their white spandex clad cottage-cheese thighs.
God I hated that gym. Great equipment, clean.... but filled with non-hackers.

Whole gym super-setters should die. This one guy sets up a huge set up: Bench press, Lat PD, Leg Press, Machine shoulder press, decline bench for crunches, DB curls, Tricep PD, and ending with the low row machine. Gets all mad when someone breaks his superset but is too much of a little b*tch to say anything.

I saw a guy who would do these interval sets of dumbel curls for say 45 seconds. He would look at his watch every time he curled to check his time. then he'd sit down read the paper for 2 minutes or so and do another set of curls. He would repeat this 6 or so times and then leave.
