I boil them. That's the only way to assure you're not adding unnecessary fats and carcinogens to your meats.

Grill everything. Fat drips away and everything that comes off a grill tastes awesome.

That's gotta taste bad no?
How much fat are you really adding by cooking them in a pan with some oil?

Electric grill, in the oven, on the stove ?

I eat for my health and not for my taste buds. If I'm gona eat for my taste buds, I'll eat much tastier foods than fried meats, like chocolate chips caramel ice cream from Haagen-Dazs and pepperoni pizza.

You eat rice dry too? no ketchup? that's hardcore! hats off to you sir
Personally i think chicken and brown rice with ketchup tastes great! Same for pasta and tuna, but maybe that's just me. No sugar added ketchup = the bomb :D

BBQ, BBQ, and BBQ, I love grilling. It's the only way I can eat steak or burgers or chicken. I freaking hate baked, broiled or boiled meats.

ketchup with rice? blaahh! When I get to work I take chicken breast out of freezer and leave outside in a plate to defrost. At lunch time worm up foreman grill, put some salt and paper on chicken throw on a grill. Serve it with backed potato with chivas from Wendy`s. Vuala! Talking about power lunch.

I just got an electric grill, like a foreman but a different brand.
1st try: chicken, tastes very good, juicy and not dry at all.
It took 8 minutes after defrosting it in the microwave. From frozen to finished in 10mins 8)
+ no fat added to it by cooking in oil/butter etc...
-
im all about grilling...either outside on the grill or in inclement weather on my electric grill i believe it tastes the best and grilling allows most of the fat to drip down

i had to foreman everything for 2+ years while i lived alone. eating chicken off of that thing is straight terrible after the 100th time. i recently just moved in w/ some friends and now i grill everything. cant get enough! i get up early to grill the day's food supply.
-
i usually grill up about 2-3 days worth of beef and chicken so ill have some ready to go throw it in with some rice and sweet potatoes and maybe some broccoli or other green veggies....all ready to eat for a couple days worth just a microwave away....

I tried to cook fish in the grill, it got 'stuck' on there and fell apart. had to scrape some of it off. Any tips on how to cook fish in it?
-
Aluminum foil either leave the fish wrapped in it or put a spray of butter on the foil and flip it on the foil

Unless it's a meaty/dense fish like salmon or tuna steak it needs to be on something (foil), or try one of these.

make sure the grill is nice and hot, and once you set the fish on the grill don't touch it. Let the grill marks set then rotate/flip. if it is a flakey fish then use what Princess showed.

'wrap in foil'
got it, will try and see how it works, thanks for the tips!

No need to "wrap". Just use the foil as a tray. Otherwise you won't get the grill flavor and the fish will just steam itself, unless of course that's what you want.
-
i perosnnally like the as princess calls it steamed flavor but shes right you dont have to wrap it its just one of the ways....if you do use the foil as a tray i do suggest put a spray of butter on either side to keep it from sticking and tearing apart....just remember to cook it slow.....

I did try it wrapped in foil and it worked pretty well, didn't stick. And yeah steamed is a good word for it, it wasn't grilled. Tastes good though, real juicy. So far nothing has tasted bad that comes out of this thing :)
will try the tray version next time and see if/how grilling it works

it works good but if your planning on flipping the fish be real careful so it doesnt shred...just wondering what kind of grill are you using??
