In a pan, in the oven, foreman grill ?with or without: oil, spray, butter ?Discuss
I boil them. That's the only way to assure you're not adding unnecessary fats and carcinogens to your meats.SUCKMYMUSCLE
Grill everything. Fat drips away and everything that comes off a grill tastes awesome.
That's gotta taste bad no?
I eat for my health and not for my taste buds. If I'm gona eat for my taste buds, I'll eat much tastier foods than fried meats, like chocolate chips caramel ice cream from Haagen-Dazs and pepperoni pizza.SUCKMYMUSCLE
Electric grill, in the oven, on the stove ?
Think outdoors.
I tried to cook fish in the grill, it got 'stuck' on there and fell apart. had to scrape some of it off. Any tips on how to cook fish in it?
'wrap in foil'got it, will try and see how it works, thanks for the tips!
I did try it wrapped in foil and it worked pretty well, didn't stick. And yeah steamed is a good word for it, it wasn't grilled. Tastes good though, real juicy. So far nothing has tasted bad that comes out of this thing will try the tray version next time and see if/how grilling it works
