I would like Zach to post here only because he is Getbig Approved for the most part and he used to talk openly about what he does and uses but then again I can't help but to laugh at the fact that he got ripped apart by the gang of roving wild rabid hyenas on here. Hahaha...

I got to speak with him a couple of times...really nice guy and as someone else...very open about his "supplement" use. Runs his own gym in England adn has major endorsements in Europe.

I don't think he's doing a vast lot wrong to be honest - he just keeps getting beaten in the heavyweights by guys who are harder and more cut than he is. Trouble is, they're simply not big enough to do any major damage agasint the pros from the States. He won the heavyweights a few years back but got beat by Flex Lewis for the overall if memory serves correctly.
He's definitely pro material without a doubt. Last year's fourth place finish at the UKBFF finals was a joke though - should have been first or second.

I wouldn't say he's that new - Zack's been throwing up those big ol' arms of his for quite a few years now.
He is new in trying to get a pro card...especially when taking into consideration he is growing constantly and has achieved MONSTER level at this point. at no time has he remained at a level long enough to be judged at that level...He might have had his pro card by now if he had done it in that fashion. Zack has gained at least 50 to 60 pounds in the last (very)few years. So he is like a NEW competitor being judged each time he appears with 10 to 20 new pounds added to himself. Hopefully he will stay at this weigt and refine it and get his card. Then the real damage doing can occur...he has desires of going to america to compete there.

You mean to tell me you have seen all or at the very least many, small shows in america to judge that the Englsih are better? Sounds more like your jaded... Really???..Some of the BEST BB in america struggled to turn pro as well and some of the greatest BB ever never won the O can you say Shawn Ray, Vince Taylor, Kevin Levrone etc etc. Like another poster said IT IS POLITICS...plain and simple. Given all of the attention Zack is getting now...especiall;y since he is a bonifide MONSTER at this point, I have a good feeling his pro card is as good as in his hand in his next competition...Lest the fallout backfire in the face of the judges. Having that will also give him a chance to compete in america...a dream he has had for a while.

I have seen only one bbing contest in States in my life. That was the Night of Champion 1996.
And I have seen 1993,1994,1995,1996 spanish grand prix and 2006 and 2007 Santa Susana pro in here.
Oh I was gonna forget one, 1989 Wabba world in Osaka Japan.
Amas, numerous times of Japan nationals and spanish nationals plus local shows.
My opinion is,
In 90s, NPC level was sky high. But now,NPC champ cant win against any european national champs.

Zac is like Edgar Fletcher - great shape and can do a lot of damage as a pro, but he needs to dial it in conditioning-wise to win the qualifier and get the pro card like everyone else. Funny how a guy who has worked with Dorian has a problem with his conditioning.

I did not contradict myself. You are tacking my response to the wrong part of Okamis remark. Okami said he can be a pro in america, why can't he be one in England? I responded to that part...meaning there are politics in England that has inhibited him.

the thing is that in some cases the gayness is more a case of narcissism..than real attraction to men. its more a case of any attention is better than no attention. as you know many (most?) bodybuilders have very crappy confidence and alot of different kinds of issues.

Damn - didn't know that - I joined his forum not too long ago to check out his diet tips but haven't posted on it. Bad news for the guy - he comes across very well.

Apparently they have caught it quite early so James was very hopeful of making a good recovery. This was back in May -He explained on the uk muscle site that he was sat in the garden and his wife noticed a red mark on his chest. When one appeared on his back a day or so later she made him go to the doctors and get it checked out. Being a typical man he did not want to go but it is very fortunate he did. He explained that the Cancer is a very treatable kind and was caught early.
I dont know what is latest is on this but here is wishing James a full and Speedy recovery.
I know he has posted on this site once or twice - perhaps he could give us an update?

and the new finals over 2 days is an even bigger joke, who the fuck came up with that?

That was fucking annoying - that's probably the only reason why I didn't attend last year - couldn't be arsed with driving over to Nottingham two days on the bounce and I didn't see it worth the money to cough up for a hotel room.

I do think they tend to go for the more ripped look and it just so happens that in the last three years or so the most ripped guys have also happened to be the smaller guys which is kind of annoying because you know they're not going to feature as a genuine Olympia contestant in the years ahead.
I like guys like Flex Lewis, Tavernier and Llewellin, but the big draw is always going to be Zack Khan and his pro card is long overdue - he's the only legitimate UK contender for the pro ranks. Crowds pay to see guys like him and the UKBFF and the powers that be in that federation are fucking morons for not providing the UK bodybuilding scene with a decent export.
