200lbs 10 weeks out isn't exactly small for his size and condition at the time -- he was smart enough to not mention any weight after that.
He performs heavy resistance exercises in order to force his body to adapt to the demands placed on it by building larger body muscles.
Holy pancakes, we have a professor on board.

The only thing is that going so low on the reps with high weight can cause injuries, and he mentioned the elbow problem. A little lighter and more reps might help there.

Jeff looks phenomenal naked but as you can see, in clothes has little thickness or width and his lower legs wouldn't be mistaken for a bodybuilder. So considering his extreme dedication and work ethic (which seems to far outweigh that of most pros), count me in as a believer.

I never realized Jeff is 15min away from me...about this time last year I was working out about an hour away and saw this guy working out that resembled him, but I just assumed that JRod was on the East Coast for some reason. May well have been him.
Like Ed (not Milos!) says, he doesn't really have too much thickness on him when you see him in every day clothes. But you can see from his training he certainly likes to go a bit heavier than some would/should, even though this segment just shows Arms.

She wanted to look like a lion, so she told her doctors to do what they had to do in order to make her resemble the king of the jungle. As time progressed, all the botox, surgeries and such took its toll and then the past surgeries started to go awry.

I was real impressed with that and he had decent form as well for such hefty wt.
Guy is proof you don't need to be a 300 lb freak to have an impressive , strong physique.

Obviously not and if I was saying that as a general statement then I could see this as a reasonable response, but I was referring specifically to him. I really don't see how anyone could really think the guy is juicing, he's been working out for 8 years and doesn't have the thickness and density that a juicer does. He looks like a normal dude when you see him in cloths, lower body is too small to be on juice. People see these pics of him by himself or a close up of his arm and think OMG he's a juicer, but stand him next to other people and someone who is juicing and he looks like a natty would.

I'd rather pack on about 20 more lbs of muscle and walk around out of contest shape than be a 150lb contest shape twink. His legs suck, look at those little tiny calves. LOL! Genetics or not it's funny. Plus for as big as his arms are he doesn't seem very strong at all. I love it...........I see all these guys with huge arms and they workout with silly little curl weights and what not.

i have a physic like Jeff in that we have similar shape, if u break down his body parts they are in no way huge,i bet most of u
"big" guy has 2 or 3 inches on his arms and so forth. he just simply has great shape and great structure that gives him an overall "big" appearance its basically an illusion its hard for ppl to believe. if you have a shitty frame u will never feel out like him, bb'ing all comes down to shape a structure ppl dont want to hear that but thats the way it is! its a body beauty contest u have it or u dont.

first we're not just talking about anabolic steroids, but all performance enhancing drugs.
you can get big without PEDs. You can get ripped without PEDs. But you can't be both for any length of time without them.
If someone got really big naturally at about 10% body fat, then dieted down to 5%, losing muscle mass along the way, he might be able to have a physique like JRs for a few days. If he tried to stay down at a low body fat, he'd keep losing his muscle mass. If he tried to build more muscle, he wouldn't be able to stay at a low body fat.
JR had an incredibly low body fat 10 weeks out of his contest, much lower than any amateur would have aim for on contest day 10-20 years ago. I don't believe its possible to keep your body fat that low and keep or even increase muscle mass without PEDs.

Drinking 5 gallons of water a day IS a life threatening act. He says he does something but doesn't, and the thing he says he does can kill you...hmmm...I guess this is a new low for bodybuilding yet again. :-\

How much do you swing around big guy?
The weight I swing around is completely proportional to my arm size, my height and my weight. My biceps are not as big as his and I can probably out curl him by 20-30 lbs.
