I agree, Jay looks good for Jay, which means he actually dieted this year and doesn't look like a fat fuck. But still nowhere near what the best bodybuilder in the world is supposed to look like.
A major step backwards if they award the title to the fridge again.

who else should win??... Jay is big & hard... he looks really good. his main weakness is his rear double biceps and a so so ab & thigh pose. I am ok with Jay 1st and Kai 2nd. Kai is huge & rounder than Jay but he carries a bit too much water.

...but Cutler is better conditioned... he is big & conditioned... Cutler is dry... Kai is holding a bit too much water. If Kai would have the conditioning of the AC with the size he carries today he would be the clear winner.

TBH i didn't see the prejudging, just going by a couple of pics I saw. Jay looked better than he has in a long time.
Kai just looks weird to me.

Sorry my Romanian friend, but in the comparison shots I think Jay blows everybody away. It's incredible what he was able to accomplish.
I was never a huge fan of his post 2001 physique buy hats off to him. He's a true champ.

Remember, you said that Kai dwarfs Jay when Jay is obvious taller and bigger all around. His width, especially in the standing relax shots overwhelms Kai.

those low quality photos don't show the difference in conditioning between Jay and Kai. If you take a look at the pics on MD you will see a difference. Jay is dry while Kai is holding water.

I was very vocal back in 2007 that Jay didn't deserve victory...etc...and I am first one to admit that he won this contest yesterday - hands down...Yes - hands down - without shadow of the doubt...so if anyone has other hopes - I am telling you - forget about it.
Jay got his title back...and he did it most impressive way - dominating on stage...to the point he defeated competition with his combination of sheer size, muscle size and quality, conditioning and stage presence...STAGE PRESENCE!
I am in shortage of time and I'll just post some of my photos now...with my detailed analysis WHY I believe Jay won...which AGAIN - he did convincingly!
I don't even like his physique...and he convinced me...so I can only imagine what others are thinking...
I am just happy that Dexter managed not to cry on the stage...during "CUT ABOVE - PAYBACK TIME"
I could swear hearing Dexter saying - Jay, it is not fair...you are devastating me on stage...can you please leave...?

whilst i agree jay has improved from his showing last year and the year before - although lets be honest how hard was it to improve on 07 where he looked dreadful
i still think dexter should win based on his sharpness, density etc

i also think jay has addressd teh assymetry issue somewhat - its less noticeable
whilst everyone rants about jay looking good, which he does, no one seems to point out that dex looks on point as well
with both in shape and condition teh argument really boils down to size vs shape and symmetry

Dexter's quads from the front look thin... calves are weak from front & back and hams looks look weak too from back. His entire lower body is weak... tiny.

Exactly. I've been one of his harshest critics and he's the winner IMO

Dexter's quads from the front look thin... calves are weak from front & back and hams looks look weak too from back. His entire lower body is weak... tiny.

We are looking a guy who truly lives in the gym 24/7 and who also severed more then anyone...On top of that, lifts weights...The guys legs are twice the size of Dexters...While Dexter is playing video games on his 100' flat screen every night, Jay is hitting the gym 3 times a day hitting every bodypart like a Mr. Olympian should...
Does Dexter even train calves? I heard he trains them once a week with like 1/2 reps and stops when it starts to burn...
JAY deserves this 3rd title no doubt...Dex looks great and is more streamlined then Jay for sure but Jay Cutler is a living breathing bodybuilder 24/7...Dexter is a part time bodybuilder who doesn't train everybody part like he should...

Olympia stage bodybuilders used to be better in the 70's, 80's and 90's. Not bigger, but better.

I think Jay looks the best.
But in Milos's photos his waist looks weird and Dex looks better. So who the fuck knows.

victor has the perfect upper bdy but at the moment only has half a physique

true, but ronnie 99 was probably the best the sport has ever seen to date.
Dex has improved a lot in 10 years I think. at least, he has added size without becoming an ogre like Ronnie and Dorian did when they went overboard..

a great balance of mass and still possessing symmetry, balance etc

As for look wise, I always aspire to have the aesthetics of a guy like Milos!! You are either born with it, or not... but I believe you can always improve what you got!!
