I was very vocal back in 2007 that Jay didn't deserve victory...etc...and I am first one to admit that he won this contest yesterday - hands down...Yes - hands down - without shadow of the doubt...so if anyone has other hopes - I am telling you - forget about it.

Jay got his title back...and he did it most impressive way - dominating on stage...to the point he defeated competition with his combination of sheer size, muscle size and quality, conditioning and stage presence...STAGE PRESENCE!

I am in shortage of time and I'll just post some of my photos now...with my detailed analysis WHY I believe Jay won...which AGAIN - he did convincingly!

I don't even like his physique...and he convinced me...so I can only imagine what others are thinking...

I am just happy that Dexter managed not to cry on the stage...during "CUT ABOVE - PAYBACK TIME"  

I could swear hearing Dexter saying - Jay, it is not fair...you are devastating me on stage...can you please leave...?

We are looking a guy who truly lives in the gym 24/7 and who also severed more then anyone...On top of that, lifts weights...The guys legs are twice the size of Dexters...While Dexter is playing video games on his 100' flat screen every night, Jay is hitting the gym 3 times a day hitting every bodypart like a Mr. Olympian should...

Does Dexter even train calves?  I heard he trains them once a week with like 1/2 reps and stops when it starts to burn...

JAY deserves this 3rd title no doubt...Dex looks great and is more streamlined then Jay for sure but Jay Cutler is a living breathing bodybuilder 24/7...Dexter is a part time bodybuilder who doesn't train everybody part like he should...

I agree, Jay looks good for Jay, which means he actually dieted this year and doesn't look like a fat fuck. But still nowhere near what the best bodybuilder in the world is supposed to look like.

but that is only because dexter was udnersized to begin with

a great balance of mass and still possessing symmetry, balance etc
