ive figured out i only get 4.5-5 hours of sleep 7 days a week..and i wake up to use the bathroom once as well.
Ive been doing this since like april.
yet i think i feel rested in mornings and all day
what about u guys.
how much sleep do yall get?

with all due respect you seem like a nice guy, but you never even posted a pic of your built, you are in the same realm as other legends to a lesser extent like bluto and mars , a mystery about you there be i see. But that sort of sleep is super human unless you are very skinny and dont workout, or are really fat and obese and constantly eat to stay awake
right now as im coming down in weight i tend to sleep more but i fluctuate 7-10 hours i need

no i was big but soft before
i went from 225ish down to 175ish...now i am bak up to 185 ish...trying to get stronger

4.5 is kinda low but everyone is differant. I am good with 6 and I work construction. Johnny you really get in 10hrs? I couldnt make myself sleep 10hrs unless I am coming off a bender from the night before. College kids and people who dont work are the people who get 9+ hours a night.
it depends, right now i dont really socialize much just focusing on getting more ripped without sacrificing any workouts has made an immediate longlasting desire to become the master, theres people i could call and blaze the night away and 3 nights out of the week i will and i enjoy it always good conversations with people and uplifting. I think i required more sleep because i started back into doing squats everyday full force and the sleep was needed, ive always slept great though and insane dream skills.

I sleep between 3 and 5 hours a night total. I wake up about 2 to 3 times to take a piss. I have been doing this since around 1986 or so. There are nights though I can sleep 8 hours at the most

He used to get by on 5 hours a night consistently.

honestly ill put my pic to anyones on this sight and probably destroy them after a good pushup pump in my chest, my back stays ripped and legs too. id love to see someone else besides me post up a freakin pic i feel like such a fag sometimes here :P

Anthony Robbins only sleeps 3/4 hours a night. Even though thats a deficit for any human being and can cause serious health problems. Maybe Maxrep can speak on this, he used to work for tony.

I think I read Malcom Forbes slept 2 to 3 hours a night. He had a really good saying about sleep I just forgot it.

just doubting his sleep needs, unless hes 5feet5, me being taller i would think id need more sleep anyways since statistically im supposed to die sooner

no but i would say that each set of squats i do is crucial to my metabolism
i like to do my squats in sets of 50 rest paused
i eat till i feel like i have ability to bust out 50
and dont eat if its too late and already too sleepy and dont have the confidence that food will give me the ability late at night when mentally i would love to do another set but readyness to go to bed is overpowereing
ive gotten to where i dont have any carbs during the whole day only pb for morning workout and raw spinach and maybe one fruit or chunk of sharp cheddar to keep me going at work
at night i need the carbs to do more sets, i usually go for like cinnamon rolls with frosting or icecream
i also enjoy some vegetarian meatballs made with soy since it has some protiens and soy has benefits on the health also some cooked spinach with cheese at night

Minimum 6 or feel like shit. Sleep releases growth hormone therefore you gain fat if not sleeping enough there are genectic freaks though that do not require very much sleep.

like someone else said, tipy toe for the cookie jar on top of the fridge every morning. That hits my calves nice and hard, huge pump! Cookies usually do the job for post recovery.

you look natural maybe you eat and train alot and eat a good balanced diet, my sleep fluctuates perhaps to my favor when im consistently training high volume and eating alot/tons

Thanks Bobby! I always wanted to have hamstrings like tom prince I think he has one of the best hamstrings of all time. MY hamstrings really responded to high heavy volume with every 5th set being giant set (in one set i would do 6 heavy, 10 medium, and 12-15 lighter weight really squeezing the muscle). Trying to do the same thing for my calves now.

High volume, how many sets? By heavy you mean in the 6 reps range? i like to do 10+ reps for legs, just like arms. I do like drop/giant sets like that, i want to not be able to do more reps because the muscles are exhausted, not because the weight is too heavy.

I like to keep my rep range between 8-12. on some exercises i like to throw in 5th heavy set where i only go up to 6 reps then I'll rest for 15 seconds and do 4 more reps, rest 15 seconds and 4 more reps.

Colossus you have some monster hamstrings. I need at least 5 hours to not be a drooling idiot the next day, 7-8 is preferred. I also have a terrible time falling asleep. Our forefather Benjamin Franklin had trouble sleeping as well, he had five beds in his house and would travel between them frequently until he fell asleep in one.

I can funcion on 4 hours, If i sleep for 5-7 hours i feel recharged but if i sleep over 7 hours i feel tired and slugish.

Falcon what sort of weight do you use on your 50-rep squat sets? I have been doing 20-rep sets lately but can't manage much more than bodyweight + 10-15 pounds yet.
