Do you have a fast metabolism?
no but i would say that each set of squats i do is crucial to my metabolism
i like to do my squats in sets of 50 rest paused
i eat till i feel like i have ability to bust out 50
and dont eat if its too late and already too sleepy and dont have the confidence that food will give me the ability late at night when mentally i would love to do another set but readyness to go to bed is overpowereing
ive gotten to where i dont have any carbs during the whole day only pb for morning workout and raw spinach and maybe one fruit or chunk of sharp cheddar to keep me going at work
at night i need the carbs to do more sets, i usually go for like cinnamon rolls with frosting or icecream
i also enjoy some vegetarian meatballs made with soy since it has some protiens and soy has benefits on the health also some cooked spinach with cheese at night
