Title: Debt Reminder Letter?
Post by: Eyeball Chambers on October 09, 2009, 06:03:12 PM: I have money owed to me in November. The person I loaned the money to hasn't mentioned paying it back yet, (although he has no reason to mention it yet). I'm thinking about mailing him a copy of our contract and just letting him know it's a reminder.

Should I do that or just wait till the money is due and call him if I'm not payed?

If this person doesn't pay me I'm handing this (along will all proceeds) over to a vicious local debt collector. ;D
