I have money owed to me in November.  The person I loaned the money to hasn't mentioned paying it back yet, (although he has no reason to mention it yet).  I'm thinking about mailing him a copy of our contract and just letting him know it's a reminder.

Should I do that or just wait till the money is due and call him if I'm not payed?

i would send a nice reminder (certified or with prrof of delivery) then after novemeber if it isn't paid send another certified letter, then sue
