I've been considering giving it a try, but I can't help but think that it's just military phys for affliction t-shirt wearing types.
I don't think much of crossfit at all. That being said crossfit is as good as it's instructors and most of the instructors follow a crossfit protocol. For example, this.....
The "official" CrossFit Warm-up is in the April 2003 CrossFit Journal.
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of
Samson Stretch (do the Samson Stretch once each round for 15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with broomstick
Sit-up
Back-extension
Pull-up
Dip
Note that for a workout that's dip or pullup-centric, you might want to do something else in the warmup.
Using this as an example of a warm-up, this is rediculous for the type of workouts they do.
1. You never stretch before a warm-up, you stretch AFTER.
2. Exept for the overhead squat, there is no mobility warm-up, no kind of activation work.
The idea of doing power exercises (olympic lifts) as part of volume training is absurd at best. It's designed for stimulating the CNS and creating explosive power, not muscular endurance. It's takes along time to perfect an olympic lift and these clowns try to teach it in one workout.
Also, the idea of these "muscle up" movements are dangerous at best. Unless you're a gymnast, don't do them.
The positive side of crossfit, might be the conditioning. Also, they have a great selection of exercises, they just have to learn how to apply them. Crossfit has been sued numerous times for injury related things and now has to be self-ensured. When ever a company has to self-ensure....it's not a good thing!
Anyway, those are just a few of the reasons why I'm against crossfit. They're only as good as the instructor.

The Jewish question intrigues me. I often wonder if the economic fraud performed disproportionately by Jews [Bernie Madoff most recently] outweighs the good by Jews such as creating the cure for Polio [Jonas Salk] or the anti-white media bias by media which is largely Jewish owned.
Sadly, I don't see racial groups ever really getting along while living together. As best they ONLY get along. It's kind of like how most people date within their own race, regardless of what race they are. People more or less prefer to live in homogeneous societies. It's just the way it is.
Although the Cultural Marxist fantasy created by Jewish Karl Marx of everyone being equal and everyone getting along definitely appeals to me - it's just that it will never happen.
Sad but true, and no, I don't like it being that way, it just is.

Thanks Matt. Youtube banned that one and I think I witnessed the events that led to it. I was showing it to someone at the Apple Store and walked away when it was done. Some woman came over and hit play again and seemed amused at first...until that first ass came on the screen. Then I watched her in FULL PANIC as she began smashing the keyboard trying to get it off the screen as a small crowd gathered to watch and she had a look of HORRIFIED SHAME on her face as the video gets nastier and nastier.

Michael Jackson’s posthumous film This Is It has made a staggering $20.1 million world-wide on its first day of release.
The documentary, which follows MJ throughout the rehearsals of his ill-fated comeback tour, has also made around £1.2 million in the UK alone since its premiere on Tuesday night.
Steve Elzer from Sony Pictures has stated that the movie is a: "reaffirmation of the global appeal of Michael Jackson".
He also revealed the studio will submit the movie to the Academy Awards so it can be considered for the best picture category.
Director Kenny Ortega supported Elzer’s statement claiming Jacko’s last project ‘deserves’ to win an Oscar.
