Title: jack lalanne a vampire?
Post by: funk51 on October 29, 2009, 02:01:41 PM: it is said that back in the day fitness guru jack lalanne used to drink a quart of raw blood daily, he did this till one day he got a clot stuck in his throat and almost choked to death. anyone else on here ever drink this amount of blood?

probably took the old greek and roman adage literrally when they killed there enemy they ate their heart. also consuming blood from an animal was thought to give you characteristics of that animal.

he did lots of different stunts towing boats while handcuffed. the best one was supposed to be carrying a 360 lb barbell which was double his bodyweight on his shoulders for a mile i forgot which birthday this was for.
