he can't spell simple words like 'suggest' and he has a gut, so i'd be weary of his advice.    let me guess his magical diet is high protein, moderate carbs, low fat.  ::)

if your 80 kilos..... then try 4 meals a day, 40 grams protein from meat in each meal, along with 80 grams carbs in each meal, making sure to get in at least 2 grams of fish oil everyday. keep fat intake low by using low fat carbs and proteins.. you can have red meat but keep it lean and cut off extra fat, and if you eat eggs then do egg whites with one whole egg.  eat some veggies with each meal. use lots of salt and dirnk lots of water.

why low fat tbombz?
Title: Re: evaluate my food intake from today

why low fat tbombz?
cuz carbs are superior to fat,
id rather a person eat as many carbs as possible,
and that means keeping fat low as possible..

Move your last meal next to the pay phones.....it'll help you add mass.

im not ripped to the bone or anything, but i can see my serratus and abs are fully there, also still have seperation in my thighs...........i like to keep the seperation in my thighs, that lets me know that im semi lean.........once that goes i tighten up things for a bit then slowly loosen things up........I just dont want to get fat, i dont see the point in it..........id rather put on a little at a time, but have it be quality.
