i find that olive oil boosts motivation and helps me to keep training , it is the dominate food of my diet at this point, my diet is mainly tailored towards lots of fats from olive oil then nuts seeds secondary as well as some protien powder and cheese
i love hearing storys about great lifters who drank quarts of olive oil who were very powerful
olive oil seems to not put fat on me as long as i dont eat too many grains, although i wish to experiment with more grains in my diet just to see if i gain more muscle than fat

notice how you hear about alot of marathon runners winning because they drank olive oil
btw i wasnt trying to be funny, it is gayly funny the fact you had to point that out though

right now experimenting with about 13-15 grams of olive oil after every 50 reps with a weight around 100 and 13-15 grams of olive oil after every 20 reps with 200 pound deadlifts
i usually dont eat anything all day just plenty of water and some olive oil veggies sourcream some carrot juice, when i get home i kinda load up on cashews, peanutbutter, some protien powder and olive oil and begin my workout
if i have something like a pizza or junkfood i never eat that sort of thing during the day only at night if i really crave it, my appetite isnt much because i consume a fair amount of olive oil consistently and daily

my strenght is definltly 20 percent higher today because a few days ago i was depleted and deadlifting 200 pounds just feeled heavier
see if you can notice the difference or not? i was doing olive oil in this before pic too

the key to the olive oil is consume as much as you can , but an amount that is tolerable and space it throughout the day

Should have been born an Italian my brother...we put Olive Oil on everything, even preagnant women, Italian women rub Olive Oil on their stomachs believing this will make their baby strong and healthy..no joke.

Didnt the Greeks use alot of Olive oil in their diets? Didnt they start the Olympics? You maybe on to something Falcon keep us updated on the experiments.

remember olive oil improves insulin sensitivity and thus can make you hold carbs better
orange juice may be another key ontop of the olive oil and nuts, i dont feel like drinking beer tonite maybe?
