Anyone know where I can order Bison or Venison online for a good price? I want to order a ton of it...

Yeah, I don't know what it is about it but I really really like it. The texture isn't as good as beef but I think the taste is way more concentrated or something. I can buy it around here for about $7.00 1/2 a pound but was thinking maybe I could get a bunch online for a cheaper rate? ???

It is a bit dry, so you have to have a good slab of cheese on it. There's a bison 'farm' near me so it's easily found. My favourite pub serves it.

you should try to find a local Whole Foods and if they don't it I'm sure can order it for you.
I try to buy it when they have a sale and I ask the guy to vacuum pack it in 1lb packs and freeze it
