Anyone know where I can order Bison or Venison online for a good price?  I want to order a ton of it...

Do you like bison RPF?  I've had it a few times and always found it too dry for my liking.  Very high in protein though!

Yeah, I don't know what it is about it but I really really like it.  The texture isn't as good as beef but I think the taste is way more concentrated or something.  I can buy it around here for about $7.00 1/2 a pound but was thinking maybe I could get a bunch online for a cheaper rate?  ???

It is a bit dry, so you have to have a good slab of cheese on it. There's a bison 'farm' near me so it's easily found. My favourite pub serves it.

i saw on MD where one of Ed Nunn's sponsors has an business where he sells exotic animal meats like Gaur, Wildebeast and a whole bunch of other crazy stuff i think the guy sells to zoo's also. I tried going to his site to find the link but it's down.
