I decided to try a low carb diet so far I've lost 11 lbs, bodyfat % is lower BUT I FEEL LIKE ABSOLUTE SHIT!!!!! I have had a headache for 3 days now and no motivation to train....will this continue?!

Eat some carbs after every three days of not eating them.

According to Dr. Di Pasquale and his anabolic diet you go the first 2 weeks w/ no carbs then begin the re-feeds on weekends...
BTW...according to the ketostix I have been in ketosis for several days now which apparently is what you want....wife says breath is worse than the dogs ;D

who knows...some people do well on ketogenic diets other dont.
alot of people will have shitty workouts without carbs = loose mass because they cant keep training heavy
personally i would never diet without carbs
so if you feel like shit..add carbs for gods sake so u have energy to workout and keep your hard earned muscle

Went 0 carbs once for 12days felt like I was having an out of body experience told my doctor what I was doing and he said I was killing myself 4 days is all you need on zero just have 50grms a day and increase to 200 every 5days and you will be fine headaches are all part of it.Drink more coffee.

have a sips of orange juice and youll feel great , youll automatically feel like working out because the sugar will kick you hard in a good way
just drink in percise amounts that you know u can burn off brother pm me if you need to
have small amounts of protien after you do x amount of reps to burn off a 1/2 cup to 1 cup of oj (ex. 50 reps of pushups) then have 15 grams of protien with water then fill another cup with a different juice like carrot maybe and youll be able to sustain a good amount of energy bro
remember protien is only for repair and not really "workout energy" but protien is good for "standing" energy when you feel so tired that you cant even stand , but protien wont give you that kick to workout

its more to it than that, there is a reason "a ray of sun" for everything. at this point he must make minor additions to his diet
a half cup of organge juice would make him feel like doing pushups right this second i garantee

You don't need carbs. Usually after 3 days the hunger and headaches go away. Be sure to take a multivitamin and other supps like Vitamin C, CoQ10 and maybe chromium. Also drink lots of water. Low carb can be difficult but once you switch over to using fat as fuel you lose a lot of weight and you will feel better. Good luck.

mct oil dont do shit for energy but all fats help with immunity
carbs should only be consumed during times when you want to workout
protien the rest of the day and during workout

guys...dieting is not complicated.
caloric deficit* + high protein+ heavy weights to keep the muscle
dont go extreme low fat..or extreme low carbs. exact ratio of carbs and fat dont matter as long as you dont go too low. some people will do better with more carbs and less fat and vice versa but the main thing is the bolded part.
*achieved by eating less..and possibly doing cardio. cardio isnt a must for fat loss tho.

You NEED to add some type of fiber supplement while you're on this diet, or you won't shit for days. Psyllium husks have worked best for me.

I hate to go with Palumbo on this one but macadamia nut oil and other healthy fats are the way to go. It won't do much for the headaches but at least it's something else to focus on. Fats are usually neglected. I'm the worst. Preaching right out of my ass to be honest, but I've practiced what I've preached in the past and it is very important.
Going in and out of ketosis sucks. At least once you're there, you feel okay. Hold out for a couple weeks total. You'll feel ethereal. You ever wonder how all them brown mofos meditate and eat virtually nothing, but feel great? There's a reason for that. It almost feels like you're intoxicated. Weak as a kitten, but high as a kite.
I hate getting hypoglycemic because I have a migraine problem. But after that stage where you've lost your appetite and started shifting into ketosis, you strangely feel really good (as long as you don't have headaches). Just stick it out if you've already made the commitment. Bang back some ECA and take advantage of this hellfire. Incinerate the fat and then start doing small refeeds. Allow some trace carbs too, just not so many that you start shifting back into using carbs though.

the body can convert medium chain triglycerides into ketone bodies much easier than reg fats and the brain needs to learn to use ketones on a ketogenic diet dumbass
i never said it ws for energy...it'd just help him not feel as shitty and put him into ketosis faster
