I would just go with a whey isolate protein powder and some BCAA's.

 Some say glutamine.  Not so sure I'm convinced though.  Good for the immune system. Certainly won't hurt.

bcaa's between meals, but if your not overdieting u wont lose muscle.

most ppl just think they're losing muscle when they are dieting because they overestimate the amount of muscle that they actually have.

Or underestimate, sometimes they diet down and look better than anticipated.
