I did 14 sets of dumbbell rows for each arm and 10 or so sets of dumbbell pullovers first time since I pulled something in my neck. Although the neck feels fine now my arms get little cramps in them and feels tight. Are they dehydrated? What can be done for this? Thanks.

How many sets are required?

Until cramps set in. My hamstring started to cramp up during last set of pullovers, then I knew.

i got that wicked bad. concentrate on pulling your elbows back, using your forearms as a link. use wrist wraps and keep your grip as loose as possible. just focus on what your upper arms and back are doing

If it happens all the time, make sure you stretch your forearms (and other muscles) after a workout. Do some grip work once a week or so. And use straps with your back workout if needed. Also, make sure you don't do your arms / forearms the day before you do back.

Use heavier weights and ramp up your sets from 14 to 20....you're not lifting heavy enough. Swing teh weights. don't use slow motions. you should be fines after nexts workouts. thanks gods

The similarity is the pain area, outside forearms, could be your Brachialis or Brachioradialis. Whatever what muscle(s) are involved, visit your doctor in case the pain isn't gone after a week or so.
