What I think he meant was Americans with Mexican heritage.
Not trying to defend ProteinFarts or anything, but he's a Paki immigrant himself, and probably calls himself a Paki instead of an American several times.
So he referred to these Americans with Mexican heritage as "Mexicans".
Just my guess.

It will be disclosed even if it is NOT true. It will be just another example of an "OPPORTUITY" to further still the tightening of the screws on america.
