I was doing high reps, Started with squats and did, 40reps first set, 30 next and 30 next, and then I had to stop because I was dumb enough to only have a proteinshake before that workout and I was feeling really really sick.
Even before the workout.
ANYWAY, today my legs are actually a little it sore, But I only had time for One exersice yesterday, should I work them today anyway, even though they are sore?
I was thinking just a bunch of legpresses and leg extensions to make up for yesterday.
thoughts?

Sounds like you already done enough dude I would rest them. Growth occurs during rest too much excercise and growth will not occur. The issue is you taxed your overall system which requires rest as well. just my take on it

and I fucking HATE cutting a workout short also, and I would be fine with it if I trained them a bit today, dont know if I should though =)
maby thats the growing secret trainign quads when they are Semi sore lol because we all know you shouldn't train them when they are really sore.

You did squats yesterday, if anything maybe extensions today the leg press basically is a mass producer like squats but two days in a row will tax your overall system which probably hasnt recovered yet from yesterday. High rep extentions will help with soreness.

Doesn't matter...the recovery has already started for your hamstrings and glutes.
One can easily do a complete bodypart workout in 12-15 minutes when pressed for time.

I actually know alot about training, But at getbig there are alot more fun stuff to talk about then training lol.
And I hate trying to overanalyze shit.
And judging by how ignorant and dumb the average american seems to be, I probably know more.. Not bragging or anything, ofc there are dudes here that knows a SHITLOAD more then me.
I dont know I just LOVE pepsimax lol. Cant live without it :D

Can you name those "five serious dudes"? I think most GetBiggers would consider it to be a compliment to be included on that list.
I, myself, would pay more attention to what they post on here if I'm not already doing so.

Due to the limited amount of time I have on this computer, I find it advantageous to simply read and respond to those GetBiggers who appear to be somewhat serious and positive about training for any athletic endeavor - be it body building or tiddeley-winks!
And I do my best to avoid those GetBiggers who apparently come on here to simply post negative comments and unproven accusations.
I have to admit that you, Swede, are one of the relatively few interesting GetBiggers even though I frequently disagree with what you have to say, but never how you say it.
I can't ever recall you offering negative comments that are not necessary and that speaks highly about one's upbringing.

Most of the times I like getbig, but latley its been pissing me of,f just because of all of the sub 500 posters without a photo and knows history 5 years back.. aka gimmicks...
Never ever Knowingly told a lie on getbig, yet every single thing I post Im questioned and have to prove myself etc etc, even though ive never even ONCE been proven that Im a liar or posting fake stuff etc etc etc, pretty tiering, and takes away alot of the fun stuff about getbig..

Sometimes calling someone a "lier" or an "asshole" is simply someone's way of getting someone to respond.

well why shouldnt you workout when your sore? i dont see any reason not to. and why would you train ANY muscle with a 30rep rep-range? doesnt appear you know too much about training..
1-5 big strength/ok hypertrophy
6-10 big hypertrophy/little strength
above 10 increased stamina and nutrient storeage

A super high rep workout every once in a while to "Shock the system"
lol @ thinking you cant grow over 10 reps, there are a ton of volyme dudes out there thats big usually drop sets

It ended up being a awesome workout actually! did 3 sets of legpresses and 4 sets of leg extensions, so nothing special, but insane pump and it actually felt like they were on fire not just the normal pain after a high rep set lol.

sometimes when i wanna specialize i train a bodypart 3 days in a row but this is advanced technique and not something for new or moderate level bodybuilder::
day 1 heavy
day 2 modreate
day 3 light
rest day 4-7 then do again
