It depends.

Are you using 10 lb plates?

this isn't guido city...1 plate = 45lbs/20kg and half is half that so 360/160 something like that lbs vs kg might be some minimal difference up or down

im not strong at bench press which i rarely do but when i do i rep about 120kilos-130, i cant move more and im on the gear.

I am 244lbs these days.

It is a very good bench for a nattie. Espec around the 200lb mark. Though anyone who does it is much stronger than the average gym rat.

I agree with goudy too its pretty good for a natty and its definitely stronger than 99% of the average gym rats that run around

Nah I am shying away from heavy singles. Wont do my body or muscles any good. I am trianing for reps these days instead.

a friend of mine did 315 natural at about 185 lbs of bodyweight and 4-5 years of training

Did a few workouts then was totally disrupted by work coming up to Xmas so I just quit. God knows. Probaly did not add 1kg
