Egg white some time. Powder, I dont believe in them at all and i get fat with that easily.

natural =never touched aas, gh etc (including so called prohormones)

sure it will work if your in a caloric deficit and im all for simplicity...but why would you limit yourself in such a way?

yes its very important to differentiate a true natural and someone who is clean but has used drugs...as even ONE cycle will improve your muscle building potential even if you go off the drugs
but what you will find is that druggies like to have their own definitions of 'natural'....such as 'lower dosage' or...using 'prohormones but not steroids' etc ::)

As much as I agree, I have made the similar statement of being natural however I did a cycle in the past. Shit does make a difference though, even though I was fat with no cuts, was strong as hell.
Eventually I will do GH, just waiting for the right time to start, maybe 40 or so.

dont get me wrong..i really dont give a shit what someone does, if they juice or not.. as long as they dont try to go around lying about it. (and realize that drugs change alot in terms of what you can get away with training- and nutritionwise)

One cycle more then 10 years ago. Thats natural in my book. Steroids in low dosage are not some magic liquids that change your genes, and your genetic... dont be stupid. Long years of abusing with hardcore stacks is another issue.

a lot of improvement since the last video at 82 kg, you just lost 0,5 kg. my quess is you trained chest, had a good pump, you look less pale could be tanning or better lightning. there are some days people look better than usual, could be something you ate different, carbload?

Good insight. This time i posed after chest workout as usual.
And still i didnt do any tanning. Its just light.
And yes, I ate bit more carbs.

Thats why i am insisting always "There is no such a light way or theory or commonsence in diet and training and growth.".
Last year, i didnt do it. I observe my body reaccion by foods even in off season. So we found out that simple carbs and high protein work quite well.
Anyway, you must watchout your physique always and keep on having your mind free to understand any physical reaccion.

Simply lowered calories by reducing rice and pine. And saturday and sunday, increased carbs intake. From today, lower again.

thats not true..of course there are some basic diet guidlines (and for training too),
first and foremost: a caloric deficit is needed inorder to loose fat (weight). that being said there are better and worse ways to diet, and yes there will be differences between people but not as big as some people believe.
i was simply commenting on the fact that your diet is kinda extreme and unecessarily restrictive, but hey...if you can stick with it..sure it will work (once again if it gets you in a caloric deficit).

Your legs are 3 weeks behind in definitiom/separation compared to your top half. I'd be holding poses with the legs more often than you do.

Unfortunately, here in Spain, there is not that much variation of posing trunks and their design sucks a lot.
So I am thinking about importing it. :-\
