So he's holding up the awards he got for Best Small Arms? He might be bigger than Heath, but damn sure ain't better. There are probably dudes who never competed on Getbig who have getter arms than Dan Hill.
Btw, his wife looks like all the rest of attention whoring chicks. Breast implants, check. Bleached blonde hair, check. Fake smile with hair tossed to the side, check. And when he doesn't do well or gets sick, she'll leave. Just like most of these chicks do.

i'm 6'3 and was smart enough to know it was futile to try to compete in bodybuilding no matter how big tall guys can look in gym clothes... 260lbs was my biggest weight many years ago.

Unfortunately for me my shoulders overpower my arms as well. Maybe not to that degree but same problem. At least he has been smart enough not to fill them with synthol. Jeremy Freeman fought the same battle.

only lately i have managed to bring up my arm thickness, especially in the tri's by using of all things more cable work.
i can feel this guys pain- our structures our very similar-good shoulders and chest, but arms lack severely in comparison which makes the difference even more exaggerated. i'd rather have my back and legs as opposed to his. we both hold fat in the same areas.
at some point someone has to sit him down and tell him he's got a good physique for everyday life, but it isnt meant for the stage.

Being 260 ain't Jack when you got arms that look like they belong on Shawn Ray, but are not even as detailed as his. He is missing on out on biceps peak and has virtually no triceps detail to speak of.

Matt, I always wondered, why is it that Canadian bodybuilders tend to be oddly shaped, or missing bodyparts? Frank McGrath and Paul Dillett are exceptions, and even they still had their weaknesses (Paul missing a good lat spread, and detail, and bad posing, Frank McGrath not having great conditioning and needing more mass)

His last thoughts were probably, "Joe Weeda's gonna be mad, I will never be in shape again."

I think she had kids from a previous relationship. I've only read her interview in Flex. Medford knows a whole lot more than I do, she practically writes that woman in jail.

He (IFBB Pro Athlete Big Dan Hill) appears to have Kamali-esque genetics (terrible arms, small calves) but at least King looked good early on.

It is normal for internet boards that there is a lot of negativity and everybody is free to write whatever he or she wants to.
However nobody has the right to insult people of my private life just for being next to me or by the way they look.
Moreover it is totally not neccessary to mention that Tonya is not only a very stunning woman, she also has one of the most attractive personalities you can imagine.
@Parker: A guy like you would not even be able to get her attention for one single second. Just by the way you speak I can say thay for sure. Talk as bad as you want against me, but stop being disrespectful to people who are not even involved to this.

But you are clearly new here, so here are some tips.
Tip #
1. Do not post under your real name, most pros use a gimmick account. (after being owned to bolivia i might add)
2. Never defend yourself, the above is what is known as a "meltdown" (Pro melter "240 or bust" is a legend, many feelings hurt)
3. Do not break tip nr 2 and nr 1 at the same time. (also not wise to do with your gimmick, as you'll out your identity)
4. Attack other posters when the urge sets in

I would not have said anything at all, nor am I defending against some negative talk.
I am a professional Bodybuilder and I am just presenting the image of an athlete in the media, which is nothing more or less than the body first of all.
People writing about "me" are just writing about this image and not the real person I am.
So it would never be an attack on my personality.
But nonetheless I absolutely don't tolerate anyone being disrespectful to my close friends or family. I did that mistake a few times in my life and I won't allow myself to be like that again.
Basicly Tonya was the one who made me learn this by the way she is treating her friends, as well as staying positive and she enriched my life with a solution to find happiness, while combining this with my deep inner drive to success (which can be so stressful and obsessive that you might forget to enjoy the whole way to your goals).
I don't think it is neccessary to use fake nick-names. I would rather prefer to say nothing at all.

Below is a pic posted by Dan on bb.com. Funny thing is, clearly the measurement is with a MyoTape. These, of course, do not start at 0 as anyone knows who has used one.
I just measured my arm using the "milos" technique, and got almost exactly the same measurement. My arms are 18'' measured the correct way.
That means that Dan Hill has 18'' arms. Kind of sad when you think about the fact that I weigh 210 and he weighs what? 260.
I also think the whole bs 20'' arm stunt they are trying to pull is kind of sad.

In some poses Dan Hill reminds me of Chris Cook.. for example the FLS are very similar...albeit a smaller version especially in the arms department... another similarity... both guys have a problem with conditioning. The last point has me asking... why is he wasting his time with Milos???

You won't see him more conditioned than that and it's probably the leanest he's ever been. No he wasn't the most conditioned but he was probably at the average to better mark ::)
