it's 5:30 pm here, bin at work today,

all I've eaten is a small flapjack bar (200 cals) and about 250ml of milk (120 cals)

I actually feel great, I think very low calorie diets are for me. Cheap too

I think most people are eating too much food. If you don't think of food, you don't get hungry

Might have a small pumpkin pie with maple syrup whipped cream
Shitloads of water all day, damn it was hot.

Meal 1- 3 strips of bacon, 2 sausage patties, 4 eggs, 2 whole wheat peices of toast
Meal 2- protein shake and a cup of mixed nuts
Meal 3- 1 chicken breast and a few cups of mixed veggies with a lot of extra oil
Meal 4- sushi- mostly yellowfin and salmon raw with white sticky rice
Meal 5- whole wheat pasta with fish glass of cabernet sauvienon and a beer

I like to mix it up. Working to cleaning my diet up a bit more...

i eat like this every day year round...to keep clear skin
