all I've eaten is a small flapjack bar (200 cals) and about 250ml of milk (120 cals)
I actually feel great, I think very low calorie diets are for me. Cheap too
I think most people are eating too much food. If you don't think of food, you don't get hungry

Got up at 8:00am (Eastern), today I've had: 1 Salad w/ Blue Cheese Dressing, 1 12 ounce Rib Eye Steak, 1 Baked Potato w/ Sour Cream/Butter.

pasta with chinese sauce and approx. 250 grams meatballs
salat with chick peas, guacamole, mixed salad
snack:
oatmeal, 1 banana
dinner:
spareribs with potatoes
salad bar (restaurant): 3 portions

Before training: 1 greek yougurt & water
Breakfast: 6-8 oz portion of pork filet, 6 egg whites & cup of milk & coffee
Lunch: 2 mcdonalds hamburgers plain plus large coke
Dinner: 2 8oz. chicken breasts and some green beans
I'll have a few slices of venison when I get home from work

I like to mix it up. Working to cleaning my diet up a bit more...
