5am- coffee, best oj I ever had found at a farmer's market last week.
6- banana, banana bread with butter, milk, while driving.
9- mushroom risotto & roast chicken with sauce supreme, mixed veg (broc, cauli, brussels, carrots)
2- as above
7- mash and porterhouse steak with sauce bordelaise, mixed veg
Might have a small pumpkin pie with maple syrup whipped cream
Shitloads of water all day, damn it was hot.

Jeezus you guys need to learn to cook.

60gram protein shake with some omega 6

meal 2.

12 egg whites
half a cup of oatmeal

meal 3

8oz boiled chicken breast
8 oz sweet potato

meal 4

1 can of tuna
4oz chicken breast
8oz sweet potato

meal 5 post workout shake

meal 6

8oz boilded chicken breast with side of bbq sauce
8 oz sweet potato

meal 7

baked salmon with lemon juice

9:30am 8ounce chicken breast and carrots

1:30pm 6 ounce chicken breast + 4 egg whites + cumin + cayyene+ green onions = stir fry

thats it so far

i bet you eat a lot of carrots and cucubmers

Today:
Meal 1- 3 strips of bacon, 2 sausage patties, 4 eggs, 2 whole wheat peices of toast
Meal 2- protein shake and a cup of mixed nuts
Meal 3- 1 chicken breast and a few cups of mixed veggies with a lot of extra oil
Meal 4- sushi- mostly yellowfin and salmon raw with white sticky rice
Meal 5- whole wheat pasta with fish glass of cabernet sauvienon and a beer

I like to mix it up. Working to cleaning my diet up a bit more...

Shake + apple + bagel after workout
PBJ + glass of milk after getting home

8 oz plain turkey breast w green beans and 1tbsp ma cnut oil

8 oz plain turkey breast w green beans and 1tbsp mac nut oil or handful almonds

40g whey 1tbsp mac nut oil or 2tbsp pb

6 eggs w spinnach and tomatoe paste or 2 cans sardines w spinnach and 1tbsp mac nut oil

i eat like this every day year round...to keep clear skin
on workout days i add carbs pre and post workout
