WOW! Its my hyper honour to recieve a question from you!
This time, looking like i can get condition like you. Please pray for it. ;)

This time, unlike last year, i use fruit(Pineapple) as the source of carbs. The reason is that Pines simple carbs maintain my insulin peak to keep my muscle fullness during low dose of carb and it contribute to lower whole caloric intake.
My diet
2kg tuna, 400g pineapple(can), 50g rice

Of season
2.5kg tuna or chicken,200 pineapple,300g rice.

If I dont meet plateu,I may not do it til the end.
And I feel that.
But, Tomorrow, we will go to a hill to climb stairs about 30mins(I will film it).
Ok, its mainly for getting glutes tighter and not for cardio though.

Cardio is even necessary if you are coming into condition without it, it may take muscle size away

I used to perform lots of cardio.
And i discover that the cardio can be dangerous to make overtraining.
I dont deny cardio, but must be very smart to perform it.
Our workout is long 2h-2h30. So,i think i am burning enough calories too.

Your side chest pose is your weakness IMHO. I have no idea how to improve it, but you should try to find  some way to hide the lack of your upper chest development. I guess it is genetic... but no one is perfect, and good posing can help disguise those little imperfections.

What is the reason for only tuna as a protein source? Why not vary it a bit? I mean there's other low fat protein sources, with complementary amino acid profile.

Does Paco also only eat tuna precontest?

NO bodybuilder changes their posing style after bodybuilding this long. You can't teach/learn posing!

Quote
Protein powder is powdered protein, protein in powdered form. Powdered protein is protein with a consistency of powder much like talcum powder. The protein in milk is converted into a powdered form to create protein powder. The ideal way to store protein is in the powdered form such as protein powder. Whey is separated from milk and is converted into a powder form that we all know as protein powder.

I learn something new everyday here in getbig...  ;D

Good job, Kyomu, you're diet really starting to pay off. You look particularly good in side and back poses. One thing: the only minus I see is your pecs looking flat in front poses while they actually look fine on side poses. Do you think the same? Is it how you hit the pose?

No.
There is no rule.
So we always try to take datas as much as possible watching how react my physique.
So, there is possiblity that we substitute tuna for another thing like beef, chicken...etc.
For now, my physique is changing into better. So, we dont change anything.
Also,Paco vary his diet depending on his state.
