did anybody tried this combination , am using nitrix+ explode+ amino + weight protein and was told if i add cell mass to them it will help a lot

listen to the experienced voices pauch, thats more money than you need to spend.
Protein and creatine imho creatine monohydrate is really what you need.
Ive used cell mass in the past and have not really seen a great amount of results with it, for some reason I seem to respond well to monohydrate and fortunately you can get a couple months worth for like 15 bucks.
drop the nitrix and explode and save yourself some money...just my 2 cents

youve got the supplement mentality bro, I dont mean that like Im talking down to you Ive had it before as well. Protein, creatine and maybe BCAA and a multi vitamin are really all you need imho.
Get your nutrition from food for the most part and protein+creatine after your workouts and when you cant get a meal in just protein.
Train hard/smart and rest up
There are no secret supplements and there are no short cuts bro put in the work in and out of the gym. Even those guys that are on cycle still have to put in the work.

well i ve been training for almost 6 years , went from 152 pound to 223 pound now, most mass, lately muscle
as for training every month i have a new plan, but always have my week as one day training the other off
this month am trying as following
1. chest with triceps : as three exercise( every exercise 4-5* 10-12rep) chest, then one triceps( 5* up to 20 reps) ,then other three chest, then 2-3 exercise for triceps ,the last round one chest one triceps.
am training triceps between chest to give chest sometime and energy for the next round
2. off
3. back with biceps the same system
4. off
5. shoulders with legs
6. off
7. starts again
as for food my day look like that
-morning 2 tabs nitrix , then 30 minutes breakfast ( egg -white boiled , chicken burst, white bread, ...) with one scup weight protein
- 2 tabs amino then 30 minutes lunch ( rise , chicken , vegetables, potito ,..)
- 2 tabs nitrix + explod 30 minutes before training
- after training 2 tabs amino with 2 scup weight protein
- dinner usually tuna with corn
- before sleeping 2 tabs amino , 2 tabs nitrix
ya and thats my life :)

I have used in the past the nitrix + noxplode +'cell mass stack and as gay as it sounds you will get pretty big off it. Problem is it gets pricey if u use the correct dosages. Cell mass is a good product, and I think if u r trying to put on size it is better than no xplode and nitrix. It is def one of the better creatines out there .
Right now I just use noxplode and whey protein. I use the noxplode not so much for the pumps, but more for the kick in the ass it gives me pre workout.
But like others have said all these supps aren't necessary, but they will help you.

I've used no-xplode and cellmass too, no nitrix. Well it was not yesterday, but I remember I very liked it. :).

What are you trying to accomplish? Not knowing quantities ^^^ it's hard for us to know what you're getting, but it looks like maybe not enough :-\ not the greatest carb sources either - white bread :-X, corn. Eggs, chicken and protein powder for breakfast seems to be overkill in the protein dept (for that meal) ...
