i lose alot of potential reps if i chose to go to bed early
i gain alot of potential reps if i stay up and eat high caloric food washed down with plenty of grapejuice

Here is a destination for you. How about off a cliff. How do you type being so fucked up in the head. That amazes me.

You lose strength by going to bed early? Interesting. Good to have you back, unlike other close minded people I find your training philosophies interesting. They would never work for me and my goals but its cool. I strive for 6-8reps for chest and shoulders and 10-12 for back and legs. No calorie counting just how much protein I take in. I have achieved epic leans too my friend. Pretty ripped now
