Quads and calves have good shape but lacks density, seems to go mainly for volume, he'll have to add some intensity to get a harder look . Hams are poor. He'll crack top 10. But I think he won't be top 6.

Yeah, he has a thick skin problem. That plus bad proportions (his triceps & delts overpower the rest) will keep him out of the top-6.
This is one of the few gyms here in the Netherlands with Hammer strength equipment, would love to try that uni-lateral leg press. Too bad they have terrible music & impudent gymrats (check @1:45).

Look up Sonny Schmidt. He probably had the thickest skin in IFBB history because he was Samoan, but he always came in top condition.

they are more closely related to squats but with heavy ham involvement.
you try doing what he is doing...and he has text book form too.

Nice gym, but I'm not sure about the proportions regarding his calves and quads. Massive upper legs, but they somehow look a little too big compared to his calves. Friendly personality. Gained 18 kilo's in one year if I heard that correctly.........

First of all, the way he looks these days prove you know your shit, props for that 8)
It's up to you if you're open for some critique, but mine is about his proportions. He has crazy arms, esp his tri's, and delts. I would suggest to train those area's only once every 1-2 weeks and to put more focus on chest & back width (his thickness is ok) and get more detail on his quads. These are about the same priorities as Phil Heath made 2 years ago with great results.
Hope this helps :)

I would suggest to train those area's only once every 1-2 weeks and to put more focus on chest & back width (his thickness is ok) and get more detail on his quads. These are about the same priorities as Phil Heath made 2 years ago with great results.

You are doing a great job with Roelly Sibil. Good to see a woman training a guy. Advantages of that, is women that train always perform exercises in a very strict manner, and you see it at all gyms...

Seriously, tell him not to look so 'constipated' while posing, this looks a little distracted. I know posing could be intensive but he would look much more confident and professional with a relaxed smile on his face (no homo)

he wants to do the AC and then train one year and take some weight and then try again the AC but as heavy weight
