Why is 24/7? ???

2 things..1 If you eat yor carbs around your workout time those carbs are going immediately to the working muscles. The other is, if your protein intake is HIGH your definately getting some protein to carb conversion "gluconeogenisis" going on so your still getting more carbs in than you think.
-
Kyomu looking like a master now?
Kyomu eating a shitload of vegetables like never before reaching inevitable perfection
We will see if you go totally vegetable when kyomu superhuman finds him self at a lesson of consuming flesh or perhaps that may not even be on your life path, but if you do recognize a lesson you come tolk to johnnay failcan

people use fructose in small amounts on low carb days during carb rotation diets, the idea is that the increase in liver glycogen from the fructose will keep the liver from causing the body to become catabolic and slow down the metabolism. liver glycogen tends to influence whole body metabolism, and fructose (1/2 content of fruit sugar) is stored into the liver.
this way you can keep whole body insulin levels low, so your muscles are empty and eating up fat, but your liver is filled and keeping your muscles full because they arent eating themselves, they are eating the fat around them.
its not quite simple like that but thats just phrased in a way thats easy to understand.

Yes. I assume similar theory as yours.
It keeps my insulin level high. Thats the point.
-

Posing excellent. Right speed, look, everything. I think the finishing touch should be a huge beard. 'Course I'm biased towards excellence. ;D

no, fruit, as opposed to a glucose based sugar, actually keeps insulin much lower. fructose does not effect blood sugar, and does not effect insulin. in fact fructose may even cause a drop in insulin, that is if it is taken alone(and yoru not one of the many with fructose intolerance syndrom). most fruit is about 50% fructose and 50% glucose, glucose is the "sugar" carb, which spikes blood sugar, increases insulin, and fills up muscle glycogen. fructose does none of those thigns.

Do you have any insight?

She is not atractive to me.

yeah I do, Thats what I was explaining in the first post. Fructose fills up liver glycogen. The liver has a big impact on the metabolic processes throughout the whole body. When liver glyocgen is low, the liver is goig to be functioning in a "starved state" which means it will try to slow down the rate you burn through energy, and slow down fat burning by increasing glucose use through the conversion of amino acids into glucose (gluconeogensis). when your liver glycogen is full, your liver operates in a "fed state"..meaning it allows the metabolism to run freely, and doesnt stop the muscles from eating fat..which keeps the body from eating up amino acids to use as glucose.
that is a simplified way to put it..
-
She is not atractive attracted to me.
Fixed :)

BTW, I can go zero carbs for a 2 month straight and I don't feel any difference of "energy" in my everyday life.
maybe a little bit during training.
People who say "I am dying from the low carb" are over reacting just a tad
-
Best ever kyomu, just be careful you still 8 weeks for natty if dropping too early size will suffer. 8)
