yeah I do, Thats what I was explaining in the first post. Fructose fills up liver glycogen. The liver has a big impact on the metabolic processes throughout the whole body. When liver glyocgen is low, the liver is goig to be functioning in a "starved state" which means it will try to slow down the rate you burn through energy, and slow down fat burning by increasing glucose use through the conversion of amino acids into glucose (gluconeogensis). when your liver glycogen is full, your liver operates in a "fed state"..meaning it allows the metabolism to run freely, and doesnt stop the muscles from eating fat..which keeps the body from eating up amino acids to use as glucose.
