Joh-nay , isn't it the roots that make the tree strong and sturdy? , so should we stop trimming our toenails so we can build epicly strong falcon roots that dig deep into the earth?

gravity is pivotal for bone density and strength. if you sit or lay down a lot bones weakens.  That's another reason why walking or running is better than riding bike.

they grow towards the light=strong tree

however skinny vine plant like kudzu grows 1 foot a day with weak stalk and doesnt grow staight up seeking the light they, these plants tend to not assist other plants but rather smother other great trees with sheer amount of mass and quantity, kinda like there tends to be more of quantity of negativity in the world rather than quality . these kudzu are not very strong but "cloud" over strong things wich still can stand strong (http://writersforensicsblog.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/kudzu-covered-house.jpg)

i need to sat my computer on a higher pedestal on top of my table so ill be forced to stand while posting, that is key for keeping heat in the legs, when sitting we lose heat=metabolism in the legs and legs get stiff like a bum

i find this much better for atleticism and breaking a sweat to attain the leans

i prefer to either do combos or double punches as hard as i can in 100 reps sets

as for kicks i do them in 50 rep sets, always aim for height in kicks

and running with alot of clothes on in the winter to simulate the summer in order to allow the body to flush out subcutaneous toxins/fat/water better. probably have to start using a plastic trash bag under my sweatshirts for running because cotton tends to get to scratchy on the skin when sweating while running

no the whole point is to work up a disgusting sticky slimy sweat, u know the more you sweat the harder you are working

too much cotton clothes while running will start to burn  or attain too much friction/rash

Do you attend a martial arts school?  What's your style?

i took karate as a young child then quit at blue belt i think i quit around 3rd grade or so, then did taekwondo some years later in middleschool and early highschool and did some 'sparing' with adults but i kinda felt outmatched i wasnt strong at all early in highschool but had to fight older  since i was so tall , i quit after my blue or purple belt cant remember but didnt get much out of taekwondo i felt like i was gonna get killed sooner or later if i wanted to fight in tournaments i was very unconfident at that age and didnt have full use of my body like i do now, its much better to just have a workout with  karate/taekwondo punches and kicks and sweat like crazy

im looking pretty ripped at the moment brother

its like every 3 days a certain area of my body looks noticeabley leaner

i beleive certain segments on my body (legs abs chest back) are fo-going fatloss rotations

for me its hard to make mental memory of everyday of exactly what my fat is per segment of bodypart

but i can say for sure atleast my abs look better every 3 days, so i must assume other bodyparts are losing fat in the same fashion

i would anser your question with even more detail

i need to sat my computer on a higher pedestal on top of my table so ill be forced to stand while posting, that is key for keeping heat in the legs, when sitting we lose heat=metabolism in the legs and legs get stiff like a bum

if you let olive oil sit outside in the cold it gets hard= much less movement to no movement, , no work is being done nor could it until it became warmer

when olive oil is at room temperature its liquid = movement out of its quantam space
